About Us:
Lone Star Neurology is a growing outpatient clinic with 16 locations in Texas. Our practice is committed to education and excellence, assisting patients and their families through compassionate care and cutting-edge treatment. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in spending a gap year at our San Antonio office to build their clinical expertise and learn about neurology.
We are looking for a candidate that wants to participate in clinical activities with the goal of building a long term career in medicine. We welcome candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Sciences, Neurosciences, and with the goal of entering into a PA program, nursing program, or medical school.

Job Description:
- Rooming patients
- Checking vitals
- Verifying patient information
- Administering injections
- Cleaning and preparing patient rooms
- Handling patient calls
- Scanning & processing documents
