Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any incidents or alarms.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering CPR and first aid as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Engage in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of conflict management techniques and surveillance operations.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention protocols.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid armed security license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
