- Receive and respond to calls from drivers and customers.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of loads.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, loads, and jobs in our system.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to resolve any issues or changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in hot-shot dispatching or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and oil & gas transportation industry.
