Lone Star Trucking & Oilfield Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Night Dispatcher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hot-shot dispatch experience, with at least 3 years of experience in scheduling trucks and trailers for loads, ensuring jobs are completed in their entirety, effectively communicating with drivers and customers.
- Must live in the Midland/Odessa area.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be very familiar with the Oil & Gas Transportation industry and have 3 or more years of experience.
- Must have experience managing and working with others in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Will receive numerous calls from drivers and customers.
- Will be responsible for driver and dispatch efficiency and meeting customer expectations.
- Will be a reliable point of contact for drivers.
- Will need to ensure that all trips/loads/jobs are recorded in the appropriate system with accuracy.
