Job Summary
The Trucking Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating trucking operations, ensuring efficient transportation of goods and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective dispatch strategies to optimize route planning and reduce costs.
- -coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery of loads.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, loads, and jobs in our system.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to resolve any issues or changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in hot-shot dispatching or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and oil & gas transportation industry.
Schedule
- Nights: Monday thru Friday
- Rotating weekends off
