About The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue in your assigned region. This position is your chance to take ownership, lead with confidence, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Your Territory: Oversee all sales activities in your region, from maintaining a strong pipeline to negotiating deals and exceeding targets.
  • Connect with Customers: Build and sustain meaningful relationships, understanding their needs and delivering maximum value.
  • Strategize for Success: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and craft innovative sales strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Lone Star at trade shows, events, and client meetings, embodying our values and showcasing our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in sales, marketing, or business development with a track record of success in highly engineered products. Rotating equipment experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A knack for anticipating customer needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

Position Details

  • Location: 8883 West Monroe Rd, Houston, Texas 77061. This position is not remote.
  • Travel: Approximately 50% domestic and international travel within North America.
