Now hiring professional BDC (Business Development Center) Manager. Previous motorsport / automotive BDC sales experience, customer service, and /or a general sales background preferred. You are responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new leads, developing a deeper pipeline with previously sold / orphan customers, and bringing customers in by confirmed appointments representing potential sales.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator / appointment setter, able to immediately draw the potential customer in, quickly develop rapport, and be able to set quality, valid appointments. Must be hard-working, professional, and skilled at providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
Highly effective communication skills for working with new leads, previously sold / orphan customers, and other prospects methods
Respond to inquiries within required times
Mine extensive customer database and other prospecting
Maintain an ongoing customer / followup database
Schedule appointments with buyers for demos / test rides / potential sales
CRM experience helpful
Internet / computer literate with excellent computer and organizational skills
Exceptional follow through and follow up skills a must
Love riding motorcycles a plus
Must be able to work Saturdays

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
