Role Description: We're seeking dedicated Medical Providers to join our integrated clinic in Eugene, Oregon. We're looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Flexible Work Arrangements:

Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher medical license (MD, DO, PA, NP)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon
- DEA license
- Strong evidence-based clinical skills
