Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Create and manage a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates, presenting opportunities and assessing their qualifications and interest.
- Screen candidate profiles and resumes to determine suitability for open positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive and active candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
