What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at LoneStar Outdoor Power & Rental Equipment?
Customer service representatives work directly with our customers and clients. We are working with homeowners, weekend warriors, commercial contractors and more. We look to provide them all with consistent customer care. Typical job responsibilities will include:
-Communicating with clients and customers about their rental equipment needs, parts and service requests and equipment purchases (sales)
- We look to be experts in our field by providing advice to our customers who rent or purchase our products or services
-Answering client or customer questions about properly using or best-case applications of our product lines
-Taking or processing orders for a product or service
- Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues, we pride ourselves in looking after our customers.
