What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement manager/ Quality Control position at Lonestar USA Safety and Training?
Duties
1. Track employee hourly time (either through online app or by time sheet) and compare it to the vehicle tracking. This will be used to track time on the job site, make sure it is billed out, and travel time. Work with payroll to correct employees being either underpaid or overpaid.
2. Compare time on location to work tickets turned in to make sure they match
3. Audit the work calendar daily to make sure that all jobs for Clients are posted on it daily. Interact with Department Managers to ensure that they update the calendar.
4. Ensure that all work tickets are turned in and that the various work scheduling calendars are updated. Must be able to coordinate with Department Managers to ensure smooth flow.
5. Track inventory received and match packing slips to a PO or order form to ensure that we receive the correct items and they are billed out correctly. Also make sure we are charged correctly. Help develop the above system.
6. Several of the above items require computer use. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office.
7. After becoming familiar with the company be able to dispatch to Clients.
