Role Overview:
As Talent Management Associate at LoneTree Capital, you will be responsible for full-cycle executive search, with a focus on senior leadership roles. This position requires a strong understanding of tech and tech-enabled services sectors, and an ability to engage effectively with executive leadership teams and key stakeholders. You will be expected to leverage ATS systems, manage database in Salesforce, and bring a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle executive search, focusing on recruiting C-suite (CEO, CFO & CRO) and senior leadership roles for portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership teams and key stakeholders to understand business needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, assess, and present top executive talent, ensuring alignment with key hiring criteria and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS systems and databases in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and managing expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top executives in the tech and tech-enabled services industries.
- Support clients through the entire hiring process, from identifying needs to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating expertise in both the industry and executive recruitment.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle executive search experience
- Expertise in managing recruitment processes for senior leadership roles in tech and tech-enabled services companies.
- Strong experience working with ATS systems and managing databases in Salesforce.
- Demonstrated success in working closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive recruitment initiatives.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to operate independently and take initiative.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility, including up to 20% travel to portfolio companies and the office in Manhattan.
