- Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, with expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities :Install, maintain, and repair various types of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on refrigeration systems.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.Qualifications :Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with a proven track record of success in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration equipment.Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigerant properties.Familiarity with a wide range of refrigeration systems, including but not limited to HVAC, commercial refrigerators, and industrial chillers.Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 Certification and / or trade school diploma in refrigeration technology are preferred.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Available for Call rotation for emergencies during the week at night and on weekends.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits :Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and retirement plans.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A supportive work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.How to Apply :If you are a skilled refrigeration technician looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
