Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, facilities, and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual who can perform various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.

Duties

• Perform regular maintenance on gardens and landscaped areas to ensure they remain healthy and visually appealing.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote growth and sustainability.
• Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Assist in groundskeeping efforts to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces.
• Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscape projects as assigned.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of garden care practices, including irrigation techniques and plant health management.
• Experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
