The licensed assistant manager, vacation rentals will work closely with the Office Manager to contribute to the development and validation of plans, policies and objectives; review and comment on policies and programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
- Support the Manager in daily operations, including overseeing the department's email inbox.
- Assign new leads and manage web bookings effectively.
- Address owner and guest concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Handle phone calls and provide assistance where needed.
- Lead owner communication initiatives, including managing social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Manager to create and maintain property listing accounts, schedule listing appointments, and actively promote L&F Vacation Rentals.
- Provide rental history and rate information to Sales Agents as requested.
- Offer support to the vacation rental team, particularly during the busy summer season, by assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform other related duties of a comparable type as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
Experience:
- Two plus years of real estate experience, including supervisory/management experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
- Strong computer experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Detail oriented.
- Project management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. High degree of integrity.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Licensed Realtor with the goal of achieving a broker’s license; continuing education credits in real estate and management.
Wage: $46,000 - $52,900 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
