Serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming phone calls
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Greets and announces visitors
- Answers and directs phone calls
- Responds to internal and external inquiries
- Receives incoming a packages
- Provides backup to mailroom and other business services staff
- Coordinates furniture and equipment deliveries and pick ups.
- Maintains inventory stored items at off-site facility
- Maintains the department's vehicle
- Provides monthly activity reports to VP of Business Services
- Provides other administrative support as required or requested.
