About the Role:
As the Baths Procurement Manager, you will manage the internal ordering/procurement processes for all of our bath projects. You will support the Operations team by managing all bath project purchase orders, invoices, and materials receipts. The Baths Procurement Manager is focused on establishing an ordering workflow, maintaining procurement accuracy and speed, purchasing the highest quality products for all clients, and resolving escalated ordering discrepancies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage all jobs in the pipeline to ensure materials are ordered and delivered.
- Maintain >95% order accuracy across all products and markets.
- Manage the generation of material purchase orders and communication with distributors.
- Train team to navigate distributor portals to place orders and identify order status.
- Ensure all addendum/change order materials are ordered.
- Ensure all order acknowledgments are reviewed, reconciled, and uploaded.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services.
- Consult with sales, service, and marketing departments for product descriptions or details.
- Communicate with the Sales team about customer disputes and order discrepancies.
- Monitor projects on hold to ensure progression.
- Develop and manage scalable KPIs for each function of the Procurement team.
- Evaluate team performance and KPIs to determine staffing needs.
- Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all Procurement Specialists.
- Monitor Operations reports to manage and improve operational workflows.
- Build customer loyalty and maintain a high-level view of the entire customer support process.
- Manage, support, and train all Procurement Specialists.
- Bi-weekly management of payroll and time off requests to ensure adequate staffing levels meet the company needs of all Procurement Specialists.
- Provide verbal and written performance feedback, including annual performance reviews, and follow the Long Home disciplinary action process, when applicable.

- Remain in compliance and up to date on all company-wide live and digital training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of bath procurement experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
