What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant position at Long Island Brain and Spine?
Long Island Brain and Spine is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant.
This role will report to the Business Manager and assist with day to day operations, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions
Troubleshoot invoices
Process bank deposits
Assist with general office tasks and assist in month-end close process
Maintain digital and physical files
Sort/scan inbound mail
Order office supplies
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
