What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Assistant position at Rush Builders Inc?
Job Responsibilities:
- Property and tenant management
- Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
- Perform Bookkeeping functions- Accounts Receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, etc.
- Familiarity with AIA requisitions and change order forms & processes
- Job costing
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Required Office hours are 9am-5pm M-F
Successful candidate will have:
- Bookkeeping experience 3 years required
- Proficient in Quickbooks as well as Excel & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Spanish speaking helpful but not required
Salary: Competitive and based on bookkeeping experience and abilities
