The role involves status report creation, meeting scheduling, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- RAID Matrix Management:
- Identify and document project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and execute effective mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Regularly update and communicate RAID logs to stakeholders.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Status Reporting:
- Prepare and distribute detailed and concise status reports on project milestones, risks, and updates.
- Ensure reporting aligns with stakeholder requirements and organizational standards.
- Meeting Scheduling and Facilitation:
- Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
- Healthcare Compliance and Expertise:
- Leverage prior experience in healthcare to ensure project processes meet industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Provide insights on healthcare best practices and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proven track record of working within the healthcare industry is essential.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in creating and maintaining RAID matrices.
- Strong knowledge of mitigation strategies and risk management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent skills in status report creation, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
