Key Responsibilities
- Develop and instruct a graduate-level course in speech science, integrating the latest research and innovative practices. Ensure the course content encompasses a thorough understanding of the acoustic, linguistic, and neurological aspects of speech science, particularly in relation to assessment and intervention strategies used by SLPs.
- Collaborate with the program director in the development of the curriculum, focusing on the integration of speech science in clinical practice and contribute to accreditation processes and reports if needed. Pathology.
- A PhD or PhD candidacy in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in speech science, particularly in its application to the clinical practices of SLPs.
- Proven record of effective teaching at the graduate level, especially in speech science for pre service speech pathology students.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A strong commitment to advancing the field through teaching that is informed by the latest research and clinical practices in speech science.
