Summary:
Join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant and support the daily operations of our new- and used-vehicle sales departments. You’ll play a key role in handling administrative tasks, helping our sales managers run an efficient and successful department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and scheduling department staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency.
Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople.
Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed.
Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Basic math skills for sales reporting and analysis.
Ability to problem-solve and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$15-$17 based on experience.
