We are seeking a friendly and helpful Receptionist (Customer Concierge) to manage incoming calls, assist customers, and support our team. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and a basic understanding of automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a warm and professional manner.
- Gather relevant information to efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Log missed calls and ensuring follow-up as needed.
- Take messages and send/receive electronic communications.
- Make service appointments for customers, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center roles.
- Familiarity with automotive sales/service is a plus.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Courteous and pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Starting Pay: $12 per hour
