What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Originations Analyst / Associate position at Long Ridge Partners?
Our client is a $7bn FHA/HUD lender for multifamily and healthcare properties in the US. Their range of services includes commercial lending across a variety of platforms such as FHA/HUD, Bridge, and Mezzanine Financing as well as Preferred Equity for both stabilized and new-construction properties. They are searching for an analyst/ associate to underwrite multifamily and healthcare loans in compliance with FHA guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Underwrite multifamily and/or healthcare deals in compliance with FHA guidelines
• Assist Underwriters in preparing Concept Meeting Packages, Underwriting Narratives and Mortgage Credit Narratives
• Spread financials into the underwriting workbook and analyze results
• Represent the client in a professional manner when communicating with FHA personnel, clients, third-party consultants, and industry partners
• Work with the closing & servicing teams
• Assemble and present all loan packages to the credit committee for approval
• Work with third-party consultants to understand all pertinent market information
Qualifications
•1-5 years of real estate experience
•HUD experience preferred
•MAP certification preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
