We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Lakeland , Florida .
Maintenance Assistant Key Duties :
- Assist in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, projects, and repair of all equipment within the facility.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, building internal and external equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications :
- Experience in a Skilled long term care environment or hospital preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance duties, service heating and cooling units / systems.
