We're looking for an Active Directory Specialist who is responsible for setting up and configuring stub domain, group policies and required Windows and Modern Workplace infrastructure! This role involves leading migration projects, ensuring seamless integration, and staying informed on technology trends within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
\n- Working as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Deliver technical solutions by understanding client requirements with an exceptional focus on quality
- Creating detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
- 5 years of experience with Active Directory
- 3 years of experience with AD migration tools such as the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT)
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience and proven ability to gather and assess company requirements, develop and present alternatives, develop design and migration strategy documents, provide advice and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test/implement the approved design
- Industry knowledge and experience with AD migration tools, PKI, directory services, federation services, identity and rights management
- Broad experience with server applications specific to Active Directory interactions
- Ability to create a script for collecting batch information and AD object modification activities in PowerShell
- Experience in communicating with clients at multiple levels of an organization
