Are you passionate about providing solutions to your client and want to work for a company that is committed to excellence?
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Change and Adoption Consultant/SME for our Vancouver branch who will deliver consultative services directly to clients and build relationships with stakeholders and project teams! You will lead projects to empower your clients to achieve digital adoption.
\n- Create engaging Adoption Plans with stages, deadlines, and goals to increase enterprise adoption of technology products – specifically Microsoft 365
- Prepare communication plans and messages for employees, executives, and project stakeholders
- Set instructional end goals, create content that matches them and facilitate training sessions
- Work with subject matter experts and lead workshops to identify where employees need help
- Create compelling presentations and instructional material
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in technology adoption
- Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the Adoption Plan
- Senior Change Lead with experience leading digital transformation projects with a focus on Microsoft technology
- Ability to translate technical content into accessible end-user training materials
- High-level technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint Online, Teams and Viva
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and giving executive presentations
- Experience designing training plans, conducting learning needs assessments, designing training materials and facilitating requirements workshops
- Experience creating end-user supporting documentation such as FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), training presentations, and demonstrations
- Able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively to engage expertise from various business units to develop learning solutions that bridge knowledge and process gaps
- Advocate for enterprise technology adoption
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Business Analyst would be an asset
- Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Certifications in Microsoft Technologies such as M365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Office, etc.
