We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Deskside Manager for our Deskside team located in the Denver. The Deskside Manager role is an integral part of the Long View Systems team. In this role, you will lead a team of consultants and partner with the Manager, Client Success and Client(s) to ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Deskside Manager for our Deskside team located in the Denver. The Deskside Manager role is an integral part of the Long View Systems team. In this role, you will lead a team of consultants and partner with the Manager, Client Success and Client(s) to ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
A Day in the Life:
- Review and monitor the billing of your direct reports, making sure that you are checking for missing timesheets, PHASE errors, proper job codes, correct rates and appropriate descriptions
- Complete incident reports for all issues involving clients
- Ensure that your team members follow processes related to Long View’s Service Quality initiative, which includes, Change Management and Transition from Project to Operations
- Organize fun team events, with the assistance from People Services and Corporate Services , and encourage team members to participate in social functions
- Emphasize the importance of quarterly Career Life Planning Sessions (CLPs), challenging your team members to develop their careers and team members to participate in quarterly training
- Keep your team updated on exciting LVS news such as wins, growth, new branches, company direction and strategic sessions
- Relay information from management, and the Sales Team, including feedback on team projects started, in progress and completed
- Ensure that new team members have a great onboarding experience
- Advise resourcing decisions, recommending placement of resources on projects and operational opportunities
- Experience overseeing delivery of end user support services in a global company.
- Experience managing and supporting a team of 5-10 support technicians to provide and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience delivering white-glove support for VIP users, making sure the team is providing prompt and exceptional service.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues, facilitating timely resolution and maintaining exceptional communication throughout the process.
- CSI approach to assess the existing service, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall performance

- Customer-oriented, High energy, with high initiative
- Pleasant on the phone and in possession of superior interpersonal skills
- Interested in and knowledgeable about current news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the IT user community
- Passionate about creating a great client experience and willing to assist in other areas of the business
- Excited about and willing to take 2 - 4 training events per year
- Supportive and aware of following all LVS policies including our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security Compliance and Respectful Workplace Programs
