Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of Chevrolet vehicles.
- Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle, financing, and trade-in options.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current Chevrolet models, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Follow up with prospective and past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles is a plus but will train the right candidate.
