The Pro Shop Assistant part would consist of all the responsibilities below:

The Pro Shop Assistant part would consist of all the responsibilities below:
- Running the pro-shop
- Greeting customers
- Process sales transactions
- Opening or/and closing the desk
- Answering the phone
- Using JONAS and Club Essentials
- Work in the Café
- Taking orders and serving food and busing tables
- Email Correspondence and e-mail marketing
- Assisting in the day-to-day business related activities of the Sales & Marketing Department as needed
- Properly and effectively using the necessary POS and CRM software
- Educating customers about terminology, features and benefits of tennis program
- Managing time effectively and working effectively with other members of the department
- Running tournaments and Round Robins
- Arranging play for members and hotel guests
- Fill in on court as a fourth if needed
- Experience in MS Office
- Excellent written communication by email and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds
- Should be able to work in outdoor temeratures
- Ability to work flexible hours indlucing weekends, holidays, and night
- NTRP Rating 4.0 plus
- Fluent in another language other than English
- Played College Tennis, National Junior Level or worked in the Tennis Industry
- Sales Experience
- Experience with Jonas Operating system
