We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle monthly commissions and bi-weekly payroll submission through Paychex.
- Coordinate event planning and logistics for company events and meetings.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Utilize QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and record keeping.
- Manage schedules and appointments for team members, ensuring optimal time management.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding and employee training development.
- Provide administrative support including legal filings, monthly tax reporting, employee compensation analysis, recognition (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Assist in team management by fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desired.
- Demonstrated ability in schedule management and organizational skills.
- Background in human resources or training development is beneficial.
- Excellent team management skills with a focus on collaboration and support.
