The HR Generalist & Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting recruitment efforts for various exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions, with a focus on retail staffing.
- Administering various human resource programs and procedures for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Providing coaching and counseling to managers and supervisors on programs and policies, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding employee relations standards.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
