Provide coaching and mentorship to SRNL staff. May consult on any or all of the following: business planning, business management, and problem-solving services on major projects and programs targeted at the executive and senior management levels. Matching client capabilities with strategic program and business goals. Evaluate clients needs, guiding them through a process to develop a plan that they “own” and are committed to. Establish clear achievable business objectives, outcome measurements, budgets, timelines, and evaluation methods. Develop relationships at executive levels in the client organization to effectively develop and execute proposals. Identifies industry best practices to clients in technical and management areas.
Education Requirements
An advanced degree and experience, a Ph.D. degree and about 10 years' experience. OR A MS degree and 12 years' experience. OR A BS degree and approximately 15 years' experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening.
