Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries ITM TwentyFirst, ITM, The Berwyn Group, Inc., Maple Life Analytics, LexServ, Fasano & Associates and PBI Research Services) is a fast-growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics, and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.
Longevity Holdings is seeking an IT Support Manager with a genuine interest in solving problems and helping others. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly and add value to our fast-paced growing business, and someone who can work well with a wide variety of users. The person in this position will be part of a virtual team located across the country and will primarily focus on leading Help Desk operations and management of end-user support.
This position is responsible for supporting the organization’s computing environment, made up of over 350 employees and contractors, and 500 devices across 6 offices located in the United States. In this position, you will oversee the daily activities and initiatives of the Help Desk to identify and resolve problems that impair system availability, ensure customer support is fulfilled, internal escalations are completed, and the overall support ecosystem is properly managed to ensure all employees and contractors are able to work effectively.
Additionally, this position will manage the team members responsible for end-user support, to give them guidance and mentorship, review performance, and to provide training and skill building.
- Manage delivery of end-user support by determining request priorities to ensure customer requests are triaged and resolved in an appropriate manner.
- Manage the end-user support team, including performance reviews, mentorship, and training.
- Implement and align the Help Center within company’s policies and procedures to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate resources.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions and practices to enhance the company’s end-user support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Application Support, System Administration, Application Development, and Security to achieve the relationships necessary to ensure business continuity is maintained.
- Interface with third party vendors that are responsible for delivering support services.
- Administer employee onboarding for IT training of all new users.
- Administration of Active Directory users, computers, roles, and permissions.
