Longevity is growing! We are seeking a talented Valuation Analyst who is Responsible for analyzing financial statements, ratios and trends, market transactions, researching companies, industries and the economy. Also responsible for building financial models and producing detailed valuation rets to be presented to clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities:• Input financial information.• Analyze and perform financial modeling.• Conduct company, industry and economic research.• Analyze financial ratios and trends of comparable guideline public companies and industries.• Utilize generally accepted valuation techniques to derive market value indications• Prepare valuation reports.• Review work performed by peers to ensure consistency, quality and credibility.• Assist with the gathering, organizing and maintaining of all confidential databases necessary to perform valuation reviews.• Manage various ad hoc requests from internal and external parties.• Regular attendance required.• Other duties as requested by the Senior Valuation Analyst.
Required Skills:• Bachelors of Science or equivalent with emphasis in Finance or Accounting.• Basic knowledge of accounting/finance and business valuation theory.• Experience with Microsoft Office.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Shows creativity in problem solving.• Attention to detail with spreadsheets and reports.• Ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Consideration Given For:• Business valuation experience
Salary : $59,000 - $76,000
