Job Overview
As the EVP Operations & Strategy at Longevity Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. You will serve as a key partner to the CEO and the board, facilitating decision-making, implementing global strategic initiatives, and enhancing growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who can manage complex projects, facilitate communication across departments and countries, and drive operational efficiency with the authority of the CEO. You will act as a trusted advisor and liaison, ensuring alignment between the executive office and the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support :
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company standards.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive leadership and internal / external stakeholders, including C-level suite, staff, board members, clients, and partners.
Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to completion, tracking progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment; experience in consulting, strategy, and / or upper middle-management roles, is a plus. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a capacity to drive cross-functional and international teams and lead organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
