Who We Need:
We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, and solution-driven Closing Manager to take charge of our real estate transactions. Think of this role as the ultimate deal navigator—you’ll be the key player ensuring contracts go from signed to closed smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing closings from start to finish, ensuring deals move forward without delays.
- Thinking critically and adapting quickly to troubleshoot unexpected challenges.
- Serving as the main point of contact for buyers, title companies, and attorneys, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Handling high-pressure situations with confidence and problem-solving skills.
- Tracking and managing all documents, deadlines, and updates in our CRM (Salesforce Leftmain).
- Collaborating with the Dispositions and Acquisitions teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract to close.
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency in the closing process.
