DUTIES:
Generate leads through prospecting by in-person calls, phone calls, emails and referrals.
Analyze local construction market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless execution of service to our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in outside sales with a passion for business development and customer service.
Must be self-motivated, organized, having a personable demeanor and good communication skills.
Solid construction knowledge or experience, preferably in plumbing and electrical work, and interfacing with builders and contractors.
Dependable transportation (mileage reimbursement)
