Primary Responsibilities for this Coder position include:
- Ability to determine the validity of the final diagnoses and procedures stated by the physician or advance practice professional
- Accurately follow coding guidelines and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State bodies
Experience/Education
- Knowledge of ICD 10, HCPCS, and CPT Codes
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
- Epic experience is a plus
