Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Neuroscience and Orthopedic Center located in Gainesville, GA. This is a full time position.
Patient Care Coordinators serve as a liaison between our patients, clinical staff and referring offices. Successful candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to greet, direct and schedule patients in a friendly, caring and efficient manner
- Scan documents and collect payments
- Bilingual and previous experience in a medical office is preferred
- EPIC experience is a plus.
