Ultimate Healthcare is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) for a long term care facility in the Aurora Illinois area.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the role model for the and collaborates with Department Managers to ensure implementation and compliance.
- Anticipates customers’ needs and works to minimize potential problems.
- Participates in and promotes patients’ rights and customer service programs.
- Ensures staff ability to effectively utilize the compliment/complaint process.
- Supports, promotes and consistently utilizes the QAA process.
- Ensures ethical care delivery with adherence to corporate compliance and safe business practices.
- Understands and promotes the Federal, State and company position on Abuse and Neglect prevention.
- Works with the corporate consultants in planning all aspects of facility’s operations, including setting priorities and job assignments.
- Monitors each department’s activities, communicates policies, evaluates performance, provides feedback and assists, coaches and disciplines as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty.
- 3 years' experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- 3 years' supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
