Job: Teller
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Work Locations: Georgetown, IL (primary branch), as needed at Chrisman and Tilton.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F and two Saturday's per month- morning, day or late afternoon shifts. Branch hours vary by location.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Processing a variety of transactions, answer basic customer inquiries, and recommending bank products and services.
- Handling branch servicing duties such as balancing vault, teller drawer, and maintaining appropriate logs.
- Opening all types of accounts, admit customers to safe deposit box vault, and identifying fraud.
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
- Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience required. (e.g. Retail, Sales, Financial Services)
Minimum 1 year office setting experience required.
Reliable transportation required.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, or client facing customer service highly preferred.
Desire to learn new technologies as well as influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
Must demonstrate ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment.
