What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Support Technician position at Longview Power LLC?
This position will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Coordinator to ensure the network infrastructure is functioning efficiently and that there are no breaches in the security system. This person will assist users in system operation and corrects malfunctions or breakdowns promptly. The candidate will provide technical assistance to computer users who are experiencing either software or hardware problems in person, via telephone, or from remote locations.
