Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Create and maintain MES authoring principles and practices across the Lonza site in Portsmouth, NH.
- Ensure all projects and processes utilize consistent and innovative design and implementation of MES solutions.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols are met, developing technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and process automation systems, and resolving equipment breakdowns and quality issues.
- As MES engineering lead for tech transfer of new processes into the facility, you will conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and process automation systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related discipline with 5-10 years of automation experience.
- Related work experience in a GMP environment is essential.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to evaluate engineering problems and propose solutions.
- Fulfilling on-call hours requirements is also a necessity.
