As an Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations through technical expertise in computerized systems infrastructure tailored for process automation and quality control laboratory systems. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our systems are optimized to meet production requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential technical issues and proactively address them with guidance from your supervisor.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects involving computerized infrastructure changes and process enhancements.
- Provide support for various infrastructures including servers, networks, workstations, and storage systems that support Automation, Business Analytics, and Quality Control.
- Ensure system integrity while identifying opportunities for performance and security improvements.
- Utilize system documentation and colleague expertise to resolve complex challenges.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues.
- Stay updated on new methodologies relevant to information systems and introduce them with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to the design of new applications and systems solutions.
- Execute test scripts under the guidance of your supervisor.
- Manage change requests and actively engage in the change control process.
- Familiarize with and adhere to 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Assist the Quality department with investigations into deviations.
- Represent Operations Information Systems in Root Cause Analyses.
- Review and update relevant SOPs and functional specifications as needed.
- Complete all assigned training activities to remain compliant and skilled.
