The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Level I provides planning and scheduling
support for maintenance and calibration by working closely with production schedulers and technical functions team members. Assists in coordinating work for maintenance and calibration contractors and provides support and information regarding SAP PM and CMX.
Key Responsibilities
The full-time base annual salary for this onsite position is expected to range between $70,200.00 and $81,900.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance and calibration activities
- Prepare work packages, permits, and tag out requirements
- Assist with coordinating with vendors to schedule work windows and ensure that all vital resources are available
- Supervise incoming work notifications, assess for change control, and/or re-route to Facility management contractors
- Coordinate sending and receiving of devices maintained or calibrated at 3rd party vendors
- Provide support and information regarding SAP PM module and CMX
- Collaborate with the production schedulers and technical functions teams
- to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules
- Supervise progress of maintenance and calibration activities and make adjustments as needed
- Attend tier 0 and 1 huddles and report on work order status and escalations
- Maintains a high level of customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools and ability to build simple reports
- Basic experience with SAP PM module
- Basic experience with Beamex CMS preferred
- Strong ability to optimally communicate and build positive relationships with others
- Able to interact with contractors, and other resources as required.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and other continuous improvement principles preferred
- Technical proficiency
