Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC mills and lathes, riveters, surface finishing machines, and buffering machines to manufacture mold pins and assemble mold bars.
- Perform washing and assembly operations to ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct visual inspections and use gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment to inspect pin and bar stock, mold pins, and assembled bar pins.
- Repair and straighten mold bars to meet outstanding quality standards.
- Package assembled bars for shipment, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including lubrication and tooling changes.
- Monitor team progress to ensure shipment schedules are met and successfully implement necessary adjustments.
- Verify compliance with all procedures, processes, and quality documentation.
- May be required to perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, with a focus on CNC mills and lathes operations.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility for additional hours as business needs dictate.
- Strong dedication to attendance and performing duties on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
