Job Responsibilities
As a QC Specialist III-Raw Materials, you will:
Coordinate raw material sampling, testing decisions, sample distribution, and data management in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Prepare and manage raw material packets through receipt to release and archiving.
Handle ancillary documentation, including Raw Material Qualification Reports and Laboratory Investigations.
Coordinate external testing coordination, including preparation of outsourcing paperwork.
Maintain a working knowledge of SAP to complete procedural objectives.
Apply Data Integrity principles in compliance with Lonza DI policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Job Requirements
To successfully implement and thrive in this role, you must have:
Proven knowledge of compendia (USP, EP, etc.), computerized management systems, and the Microsoft Suite.
Awareness and experience with cGMP to support team activities.
Strong project management skills to meet established timelines.
Ability to build documents and authorize data in accordance with Compendia requirements.
