Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, psychology, or business administration, or equivalent experience, required.
- Master's degree in business or organizational development desired
- Confirmed advanced progressive experience in HR or equivalent experience
- Outstanding expertise in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations
- Detailed oral and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Strong analytical skills
