Summary :
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic consultant to both leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. This role plays a key part in shaping people strategies, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the HR landscape of a rapidly growing site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide business support on various HR-related topics to assigned departments and managers
- Facilitate employee development, performance management, goal setting, and policy assessments
- Develop and understand staffing requirements and human resources plans with managers
- Independently handle senior-level HR projects and problem-solving
- Provide mentorship to managers and supervisors on performance and related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and provide mentorship to team members
- Develop and deliver key HR training, including anti-harassment, interview, and supervisory training
- Efficiently implement HR policies, initiatives, processes, and programs
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the performance management and salary planning processes
- Lead recruitment efforts and handle the onboarding process for new employees
- Develop annual training plans for all employee training requirements
- Champion and lead the performance management processes
